As Jacksonville’s first organized African-American Methodist congregation, our heritage is deeply connected to the city's foundation. We actively coordinate local community partnerships and historical education programs spanning Downtown Jacksonville, Springfield, the historic LaVilla area, Brooklyn, and the Eastside (OutEast) district. We are dedicated to providing support services to families traveling to our events from surrounding urban core sectors, including Southbank, St. Nicholas, Talleyrand, and the Rail Yard District.
