Help participants:

  • Develop real skills in a ministry area

  • Begin contributing to projects (with supervision)

  • Learn teamwork and responsibility

  • How ministry projects are planned

  • Working on timelines

  • Supporting execution

2. Leadership Skills

  • Communication in teams

  • Problem-solving

  • Taking initiative (within limits)

3. Ministry Skill Development

  • Communication / media / youth / outreach / hospitality (track-based)

  • Learning tools and systems used in ministry

Participation (Supported Contribution)

  • Assist in planning events

  • Help coordinate tasks under staff direction

  • Support ministry teams in defined roles

Fellows support projects—Development Checkpoints

  • Midpoint check-in with supervisor

  • Feedback from ministry leader

  • End-of-term review discussion

    *Fellows do NOT own or independently run projects.

Outcome

Can meaningfully support ministry projects under supervision.
