Step 3 - Shadow A Small Group.
Attend and observe one group for a full session to see how groups are led and how discussion and care happen in real time.
Step 4 - Lead.
You are ready to lead. Use what you have learned to launch and lead your own group with confidence and support from the church. A member of the church staff leadership team will walk with you to help launch your group and make sure it goes live successfully, providing support and encouragement along the way.
